A fish is caught in the local waters by local fishermen. I am honored to document the spirit of these fish with nontoxic color before they go to table. The print is pulled on Rice paper, eyes are painted in separately, and then a fitting backdrop is included. Each piece is as unique as each catch. Of course the artist voice has plenty to say in these fish portraits.
